We do our very best to ensure that all our ovens are sent out in full working order and we try to make them as rugged and reliable as we can manage.
You can rest easy knowing that you are fully covered by our no quibble two year repair warranty in the event of any manufacturer errors or component failures. If you have any issue at all with our ovens please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to resolve your problem.
Postage and shipping
For the first 6 months we cover return shipping for manufacturer faults and component errors as standard, to anywhere in the world. After 6 months, all parts and labour remain free, but if you’re outside the UK, we’ll ask you to cover shipping costs.
Outside of Your Warranty
We are still keen to help you if your warranty has run out – or if you just broke it yourself for that matter. Accidents do happen after all! Get in touch and we’ll see if we can assist and provide a quote for repair.
Refunds
After 30 days, we do not offer refunds for used ovens under any circumstances.
